Beautiful Evolution (2024)

For its 25th year, the AOY Awards gave its signature black-and-gold aesthetic a new evolution.

Beautiful Evolution is inspired by how advertising industry has changed over the past 25 years, and how its people have had to evolve. In a landscape shaped by constant change and the rise of generative AI, staying relevant takes more than talent.

It takes adaptation, reinvention, and resilience. We brought this idea to life through an imagined lore of evolved creatures, a visual metaphor for our ever-evolving industry.

Roles: Ideator, Lead Art Director, Lead Illustrator

As an invitation to all creative agencies, we transformed these creatures into a board game. We wanted the invitation itself to embody evolution, immersing agency teams before and after the actual event.
